The JX-WT60 Wind Tunnel Machine is a professional fan airflow testing equipment, it is a specialized instrument widely applied in the performance testing of various fans and heat dissipation devices, including: cooling fans, AC fans, DC fans, micro fans, high-speed fans, nickel-iron foam fans, piezoelectric fans, computer CPU axial fans, blowers, and centrifugal fans. Additionally, this equipment is suitable for fluid mechanics research, enabling laboratory airflow testing under diverse wind speed conditions and delivering precise aerodynamic performance data.

What are the core measurement technologies and working principles of the air volume testing bench?

The airflow test bench primarily measures airflow using a differential-pressure wind tunnel. It performs testing through a combination of multiple flow nozzles, which are automatically opened or closed by pneumatic cylinders. Uniform flow screens are installed before and after the nozzles to stabilize the airflow. Airflow measurement is achieved through a multi-nozzle combination method.
