Engineered for extreme demands, it meets 10,000 Pa high-static-pressure requirements with a 10,000 Pa testing capability and supports ultra-high-speed testing up to 200,000 RPM (exceeding the 100,000 RPM challenge). The blower and fan performance test bench primarily uses a differential pressure wind tunnel to measure airflow, utilizing a combination of multiple flow nozzles for testing. The nozzles are automatically blocked using cylinders, and flow-straightening screens are installed before and after the nozzles. Airflow is measured using the multi-nozzle combination method.
Flow Calculation Formula:
Single nozzle flow: QN = Cd × Un × An
Multiple nozzle combination flow: QT = ∑QN
