
NC-860MP03 natural convection test chamber is used for testing radiator modules, power supplies, servers, and similar products. It provides a test chamber environment with natural convection and without external forced airflow. Temperature control is achieved through the balance between the heater and the natural convection with the external environment.

The NC-860MP03 customized natural convection chambers deliver precise temperature control and excellent uniformity by generating wind-free airflow driven solely by temperature gradients. Windless natural convection design accurately simulates the heat dissipation conditions of electronic products in real-world usage environments, avoiding test deviations caused by forced convection.

Utilizing continuous power regulation technology, it achieves temperature control accuracy better than ±0.5℃, ensuring a stable and reliable temperature baseline.

Using multi-channel zone temperature control technology, it achieves a standard deviation of ≤1.3℃ as verified by third parties, providing a highly consistent thermal environment.

Quality Standards: A 9-point temperature measurement report is included with the product. The standard deviation between the measured temperature at each point and the average temperature of the 9 points is <2℃.
Specified Test Temperature Points: 35℃, 40℃, 50℃, 60℃, and 70℃
Point Average Temperature: After the test chamber temperature reaches equilibrium, samples are continuously taken at the 9 specified temperature points for 10 minutes at a frequency of 10 seconds each. This average temperature is recorded as the point average temperature for that point.
Set Average Temperature: The average temperature of the 9 point average temperatures is then used as the set average temperature for the specified temperature range.
