Natural Convection Constant Temperature Chamber NC-155S

 

The NC-155S Natural Convection Chamber is a high-precision testing environment specifically engineered for the thermal performance verification of electronic products. By utilizing advanced natural convection technology, it accurately recreates a wind-free, still-air indoor environment. This design fundamentally differs from forced-convection chambers, effectively eliminating "false compliance" issues where products appear to meet thermal standards only due to artificial airflow.

 

Equipped with a high-precision temperature control system and a uniform heat distribution design, the NC-155S allows users to simulate real-world usage scenarios and strict high-temperature operating conditions. It is an essential tool for identifying design flaws such as overheating-induced shutdowns or performance degradation during the R&D phase. Its compact, space-efficient design ensures it can be deployed quickly without complex installation.

Temperature Range: Ambient temperature +3°C to 70°C, maximum temperature ≤70°C.

Chamber Dimensions: Inner chamber dimensions: W500mm × D500mm × H620mm.Outer chamber dimensions: W700mm × D890mm × H1360mm.

Quality Standards: A 9-point temperature measurement report is included. The standard deviation between the measured temperature at each point and the average temperature of the 9 points is <2°C.

Specified Test Temperature Points: 35℃, 40℃, 50℃, 60℃, and 70℃

Point Average Temperature:  After equilibrium, samples are taken at 9 points for 10 minutes at a frequency of 10 seconds each to determine the average temperature for each point.
