The TSD Series Two-Zone Thermal Shock Test Chamber is an advanced environmental testing system designed to assess the resistance of materials and components to sudden, extreme temperature changes. Utilizing a sophisticated two-chamber design (High-Temperature Zone and Low-Temperature Zone) with a mobile product basket, this system simulates severe environmental stress to detect potential failures caused by thermal expansion and contraction.

Engineered for precision and speed, the sample basket transfers between hot and cold zones in under 10 seconds, making it compliant with strict international testing standards (such as MIL-STD, IEC, and JESD) for electronics, automotive, and aerospace industries.

Working Principle

The Two-Zone Thermal Shock Chamber operates using a "Safe-box" method:

  1. High-Temp Zone: The upper (or side) chamber maintains the pre-heated temperature.

  2. Low-Temp Zone: The lower (or opposite) chamber maintains the pre-cooled temperature.

  3. Transfer: The specimen is placed in a moving basket. A pneumatic drive mechanism rapidly moves the basket between the two zones, exposing the product to alternating hot and cold environments without manual intervention.
