Our test laboratory has completed a full PQ (airflow–pressure) evaluation of an ultra-thin embedded turbo fan for GPU cooling, submitted by Nanchang Panteng Technology. Two production-intent sample units were put through a complete six-point performance sweep on our JX-WT60 airflow & pressure bench, and both delivered stable, repeatable results.

How it was tested
Bench: JX-WT60 airflow & pressure test bench
Installation: Fig.12 small-fan installation, per AMCA 210 / ISO 5801 practice
Method: Six-point PQ sweep per unit, from free delivery to shut-off
Reference conditions: Standard air property (20 °C, 760 mmHg); ambient during test 28.6 °C / 59.8 % RH
Sample quantity: Two units (A and B) to verify unit-to-unit consistency
Results
Both samples were measured at a constant input of 1.14 W (≈4.95 V, 0.23 A):

Fan B tracked the same curve within roughly 2–3 % across the whole range.
What the numbers mean
For a package only about 4 mm thick, moving 3.68 CFM at 1.14 W is a strong result — and just as important, the two units agreed closely: airflow within about 2 % and pressure within about 2 %, at identical power draw. That kind of repeatability is exactly what a design team needs when a fan goes from first prototype into volume production.
From sample to report
This test is a good example of what our lab does every day: receive customer samples, run them on standards-based benches, and hand back full PQ curves plus a formatted test report — ready for datasheets, design reviews and qualification files. Testing follows AMCA 210 / ISO 5801 / GB/T 1236 practice, with installation types matched to the product under test.
