GUANGZHOU, China — Guangzhou Jingxiu Thermal Equipment Co., Ltd. has completed loading and dispatch of a custom-engineered cryogenic air-cooling skid bound for a national aviation research institution, where the unit will form an integral part of a wind tunnel test support system.

The skid — designed, integrated and acceptance-tested entirely by Jingxiu Thermal — cools process air to deep-low temperatures and holds them steady, providing the stable environmental conditions that high-precision aerodynamic testing demands. The complete unit was loaded onto a heavy-duty flatbed trailer and dispatched as a full-truckload shipment.

Wind tunnel testing places extraordinary demands on its supporting equipment: air supply must remain stable and repeatable across long test campaigns, often under extreme operating conditions. Delivering a reliable deep-cryogenic air source for such a facility underscores the company’s growing role in China’s high-end, custom-engineered test equipment sector.

Built to aerospace-grade standards, the unit passed layer upon layer of inspection before clearance for dispatch — from design review and component sourcing through assembly, safety verification and final factory acceptance testing, with every test record reviewed and signed off prior to loading.

Compressors, reservoirs and piping are integrated on a single base frame, allowing rapid installation and commissioning on site.
