The NC-860HT is designed for reliability testing of electronic products — including communication devices, power supplies and precision components — under realistic thermal conditions. Unlike forced-convection chambers, it uses natural convection heat transfer with no forced air circulation inside the workspace, reproducing genuine still-air environments for accurate heat-dissipation evaluation.
The chamber covers a temperature range of ambient +5 °C to +110 °C and provides a generous workspace of 860 × 860 × 1160 mm, with a removable, height-adjustable lifting platform for convenient loading of large or heavy test articles.

In the factory acceptance test of the delivered chamber, temperature uniformity was measured at nine points across nine setpoints from 35 °C to 105 °C. Every setpoint passed the acceptance criterion of a standard deviation of 2 °C or better, and performance held up at the top of the range — the largest standard deviation recorded was 0.93 °C at 105 °C.
