With the industry in the middle of its peak season, the company has pushed capacity to the limit and orders continue to ship without interruption. Today the loading area was busy once again, as another batch of carefully built equipment prepared to set off for our customers.

Built Around the Real Test Condition

Both systems were configured against the customer's actual measurement requirements rather than a catalogue standard.

• True still-air simulation. The natural convection chamber reproduces a genuine no-airflow environment, so products are evaluated the way they behave in real use — without the bias that forced convection can introduce.
• Stable, uniform temperature field. Continuous power regulation holds control accuracy to better than ±0.5 °C, while multi-zone independent control delivers a field uniformity verified by third-party testing.
• Airflow performance, measured properly. The seat ventilation test system is built on a differential-pressure airflow platform with multiple nozzles, pneumatically sealed and flow-straightened to keep readings accurate across the full working range.
• Fixtures that fit the part. The two sets of dedicated tooling are made to the customer's seat geometry, cutting setup time on the line and keeping test conditions repeatable from unit to unit.
